Welcome to my Corner - War Troll Miniature Painting

Welcome to my hobby crazy corner!

I really wanted to start this blog long time ago. I craved for having a space to post the stuff that I do on my free time regarding arts, design, games and any other related or unrelated hobbies that are not part of my daily job in computer sciences, or part of my professional art streams, like acting or playing electric bass.

So here it is, just a place to share some bits from my crazy creative corners. I wanted to start with one of my favourites: Miniature Painting ! I started painting miniatures to kill some time when I visited France for the first time back in 2000. Most of my friends were working or studying at the time, and I didn't have much money to go out, so one day I picked up a couple of plastic miniatures at the local shop and though about giving them a try. It turned out that I was fairly good at painting them so I started to collect them.

The best collection I have ever seen was the Rackham Confrontation metal miniatures. They have so much detail and are made of a metal alloy instead of cheap plastic like most of the miniatures you can find out there. Also, they didn't come painted at all, so its up to each person to give them style and colour.

Although I haven't had the opportunity to take professional photos of them, I do have a few that I believe are good enough to post here. Let me start with one of the first wave of miniatures I completed. This one in particular was finished about 10 years ago. Hope you enjoy the pictures and leave a comments if you feel like it !
